Aisha Parson

President & CEO, Vanguard Integrated Solutions

Aisha Parson is the founder of Vanguard Integrated Solutions, a Strategic Advisory Consulting firm. Her firm uses best practices to develop solutions in corporate and finance infrastructure, funding relationships, activity-based contracting, and financing strategies that provide insight into organizations’ operations and business activities. She has advised hundreds of women- and minority-owned firms (ranging from start-up companies to firms with starting sales up to $18 million).

Her firm also provides strategic development and advisory services for firms seeking to contract with local, state, and federal government(s), and for firms seeking certification in the Small Business Administration’s (SBA) 8(a) Business Development and HUBZone programs. Further, she helps firms develop marketing plans, strategic plans, and business plans. Before founding Vanguard Integrated Solutions, she worked as the CFO/Director of Finance and Contracts for Immersive Concepts, LLC, an IT Strategic Management consulting firm based in Prince George’s County Maryland.

Preceding her work as an advocate and consultant to socio-economic disadvantaged firms, Ms. Parson worked as a Global Investment Banking Analyst for J.P. Morgan Chase. Her duties included providing financial analysis support to both client and product groups, including Mergers & Acquisitions, Client Management Diversified Industries, Franchise Systems Finance, and JPMorgan MACSYS Group (Standardized Securitized Loans Program). Her earlier professional years involved working as an Analyst for the Pension Benefit Guaranty Corporation and the U.S. Small Business Administration.

Ms. Parson holds a B.B.A. (Finance) Degree from Howard University. Her skills include establishing and developing strategic partnership relationships with technology vendors, contract management for both prime and subcontractors, pricing federal contracts, project management, and strategic advisory. She is an Alumna of Management Leadership for Tomorrow (MLT) and is a past Mentor & Lecturer for Girl’s Inc. (Economic Literacy).
